Ben and I watched the "Doctor Hotspot" section of this Frontline video episode. It seems to me a solid, implementable, rather brilliant idea to reduce health care costs that's also patient-centered. I move for a vote on this. Anyone to second the motion?
Background for if you watch it: it skips the first minute where this doctor explains the beginning of this experience. He hears a gunshot outside of his house and soon goes outside to see if someone needs medical attention. He asks policemen on the scene where the victim is. They point across by one of the cars: a man dying by himself. This doctor goes to him, but the victim soon dies. The video picks up there.
