I failed to mention one thing. Sometimes having so many opportunities to serve can be difficult too.
However, maybe this serving helps me more than any other. Maybe the real good of it is recognizing my hard heart. Serving with a hard heart doesn't do me any good. But if I can recognize it and pray that my heart can be softened through the service, new love can be created. And that act of service will simultaneously be working out my salvation before God; to use his power to not just do idle service, but to feel more love for more people.
So yes, being established is good; having chances to serve is good.
